Review by hotel critic
During my gourmet getaway at Kempinski, the rooftop Tambourin Restaurant & Lounge truly impressed. While savoring the spicy Mediterranean delicacies, I reminisced about my adventures through the savannah, a delightful contrast to my usual cuisine. The array of hot and cold signature drinks and Arabian sweets like Umm Ali were a symphony of flavors, reminiscent of Kenya's diverse culinary influences. The mouth-watering buffet spread of traditional Ramadan delicacies, paired with refreshing juices, provided a cultural immersion through taste. Cafe Villa Rosa's diverse breakfast buffet was a perfect start to my day, though the African tea left me longing for a taste of home.My 5-course gourmet dinner at Lucca showcased exquisite ingredients skillfully combined. The indulgent treat of smoky dark chocolate harmonizing with the scent of a cigar epitomized luxury dining. Kempinski truly provides the finest culinary experience, reflecting Africa's rich heritage in every bite.
